SV Law Welcomes Associate Lawyers Lawyer Jamie Cockburn and Emma Storey to the Guelph Office!

We are thrilled to welcome the return of two previous articling students, Jamie Cockburn and Emma Storey, to the Guelph Office as associate lawyers.

Jamie is a Civil Litigator in the Condominium Law Practice Group. He predominantly practices in condominium litigation as well as municipal law where he works on municipal land use planning matters.

In his practice, Jamie helps people, corporations, and governments resolve their contentious matters. Jamie obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa where he served on the Ottawa Law Review, participated in the uOttawa - Ecojustice Environmental Law Clinic, and worked as a summer law student with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General (Northern Development and Mines - Legal Services).

Emma is an associate in the Family Law Practice Group. Emma brings compassion, insight and a commitment to fairness to her work. She obtained her law degree from the University of New Brunswick where she was a student leader and community organizer. Emma also served on student committees focused on gender issues, mental health and social justice.
