Rachel Smylie is an Associate in the Family Law Practice Group.

Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in International Development Studies from Trent University and obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a Minor in Indigenous Legal Orders from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. During her time at Windsor Law, Rachel participated in the Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Law Moot, held teaching and research assistant positions relating to property law and Indigenous Legal Orders, and Chaired Orientation Week with the Students’ Law Society.

Rachel articled with SV Law and is thrilled to return as a Lawyer in the Family Law Practice Group. Rachel looks forward to assisting individuals and families with their family law needs.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys biking, playing slo-pitch, and spending time with family and friends.
