Yinan Li

Yinan is a solicitor practicing in corporate, commercial, real estate, and wills and estates law.

Yinan has a multi-faceted practice servicing a variety of needs for individuals and businesses of all sizes, including incorporation and organization, shareholders’ agreements, contract review and drafting, financing matters, franchise transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises on leasing inquiries related to both residential and commercial real estate and on tenancy issues arising from such matters. Yinan focuses on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions with an attentiveness to individual needs.

Yinan obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where he completed a year-long internship with the Ticket Defence Program. As part of this internship, Yinan helped provide advice and representation to street-involved and homeless individuals on tickets that they received for Provincial Offences Act infractions. Prior to law school, Yinan completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a double major in Economics and French Literature at the University of Toronto.

Yinan serves on the Board of Hope House Guelph, a local charity dedicated to improving the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals in the community by facilitating access to food, clothing, and support services. Yinan is fluent in Mandarin. Outside of work he is an enthused reader of Chinese, English, and French literature, a hobby writer, a runner, a supporter of FC Barcelona, and an avid video gamer.

李逸男律师于公司法，商业法，房地产法，与遗产法等方面均具备经验。

李律师的服务对象包括公司与个体户。他经常帮助客户设立各个类型的企业，起草股东协议，撰写并且检阅各个类型的商业合同，收购与重组企业，与处理借贷与资金筹措。李律师在商业及住宅租赁方面的业务亦有丰富的经验，时常为客户起草租赁合同及帮助客户处理房东与租客之间的纠纷。

李律师在渥太华大学法学院获得法律博士学位。他曾在渥太华大学的Ticket Defence Program实习，为当地低收入人士提供法律援助。在此之前，李律师在多伦多大学获得本科学士学位。

李律师是Guelph慈善机构Hope House Guelph董事会的一员，这个组织着力于帮助社区里的弱势群体，提供食物及衣物等援助。

李律师精通国语和英语。在工作之余，李律师是个文学爱好者，且尤其钟爱中英法三语的诗歌与小说。他的爱好包括写作，长跑，足球（他支持巴塞罗纳俱乐部），与电子游戏。
