Daniel Moholia is a Lawyer in SV Law’s Civil Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including corporate/commercial, construction and estate disputes, and assists clients in strategically managing legal, reputational, and business risk. Prior to joining SV Law, Daniel summered and articled with a national full-service law firm in Toronto, which he then joined as an Associate. As an Associate, he represented clients in medical malpractice and professional regulatory disputes as well as construction, estates, and corporate/commercial litigation.
Daniel obtained his law degree from Queen’s Faculty of Law, where he received several scholarships and prizes for academic excellence. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Knowledge Integration degree from the University of Waterloo, with Minors in History and Legal Studies and a Collaborative Design Specialization.
As a firm believer in the importance of investing in the next generation, Daniel has been involved with a number of youth organizations and initiatives in the Waterloo Region over the past 10 years. In his free time, Daniel enjoys hiking, weightlifting, playing pickleball, reading, and taking road trips around Southwestern Ontario.
