Vince Starratt’s busy practice includes wills and estates, real estate, land use planning/development and business law. His expanding developer practice is complimented by a large agricultural and corporate/commercial client base. One of Vince’s specialties is severances, which includes surplus farm dwelling severances, lot-line adjustments, and zoning.
Vince regularly acts as estate trustee/executor, and occasionally as power of attorney, for clients with estates of all levels of complexity. Vince is often appointed by clients to act on their behalf due to the size and complexity of their estate, to avoid a contentious family dynamic or simply because the client does not have family or does not wish to burden their family with this responsibility. Vince’s experience and sophistication with real estate, corporate and estate/tax planning provides an ideal background for this role. Vince has a practical, moral, and dignified approach and will provide advice and stability from planning stages to finalizing estate administration and trust management.
