We are thrilled to welcome Cristina Tomaino and Nelson Wan to the Guelph Office as associate lawyers.

Cristina is an associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group.

Cristina advises on a broad scope of labour, employment, and human rights issues, including: employment standards, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and workplace accommodation. She provides strategic guidance in navigating complex workplace issues and implementing sound workplace policies. Cristina is also an experienced workplace investigator and regularly assists both unionized and non-unionized employers in responding to allegations of workplace harassment, violence, and discrimination. 

Nelson Wan

Nelson is an associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group.

Nelson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, and his law degree from Queen’s University. While at law school, Nelson was a caseworker at community legal clinics where he assisted low income clients in administrative law matters.
