Xander Winter is a lawyer at SV Law, practicing in the Condominium Law practice group. He provides strategic advice and representation to condominium corporations and unit owners on governance, compliance, and operational matters. His practice is guided by a client-focused approach that emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and practical solutions.

Xander was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 after completing his articles with SV Law. He previously joined the firm as a summer student in 2023. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law in 2024, where he was actively engaged in the student community and gained valuable advocacy experience through multiple moot competitions, including as a member of Western’s team at the Walsh Family Law Moot. Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies from Nipissing University.

Outside of his legal practice, Xander enjoys sports, spending time on the water, and connecting with family and friends.
