Thomas is a solicitor with our Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Wills & Estates practice groups.

He advises businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, charities, and non-profit organizations on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, financings, commercial agreements, and general corporate advisory matters.

Thomas takes a practical and collaborative approach to his work, helping clients navigate transactions and day-to-day business matters with clarity and confidence. He has experience supporting both emerging and established organizations across a variety of industries.

Thomas received his undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and earned his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University.

Outside of his practice, Thomas serves as a Board Member of the Keep Your Head Up Foundation, a local charity focused on traumatic brain injury recovery and support. He is also an avid supporter of Liverpool F.C.
