Ritu is a member of the Family Law Practice Group and regularly represents clients before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Ritu is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal and emotional complexities of separation, divorce, parenting disputes, and financial matters. She advocates for her clients through litigation when necessary while also helping them achieve practical and effective resolutions through negotiation, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Beyond her legal practice, Ritu serves on the Board of Directors of the Child Witness Centre and is a member of the Law Council at Wilfrid Laurier University, reflecting her commitment to community involvement and the advancement of the legal profession.
Outside the office, Ritu enjoys an active lifestyle and can often be found playing tennis, squash, or pickleball. She also values spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved puppy, Tia.
