Matt is the chair of the Construction Law practice group at the firm. Matt has represented owners, contractors, consultants, professional services providers and insurers on all manner of construction law matters, ranging from small scale residential renovations to large complex multi-million-dollar projects.
Matt is an experienced litigator with extensive trial and advocacy experience who has regularly appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal of Ontario. In addition to construction law matters, Matt has significant experience dealing with all types of complex property insurance disputes.
When he isn’t practicing law Matt can be found chasing after his three young kids and spending time with his wife and dogs.
