Jonathan is an associate lawyer with a focused practice in condominium law, advising clients across the full lifecycle of condominium development. He regularly works with developers on project structuring, disclosure documentation, and registration, and provides ongoing advice on governance, management, and condominium-related disputes, including lien enforcement and litigation.
Building on his prior experience as a legal clerk, Jonathan combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. He is known for delivering clear, efficient advice and for his ability to advance matters with a “get it done” mindset. . Known for his personable personality, Jonathan also hosts the SV Condo Webinar series, which explore key developments and emerging issues in condominium law.
Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys training in karate, playing chess and slowly chipping away at the manuscript he swears he will finish someday.
