E.J. Stross has established a successful business law practice at SV Law. He frequently assists clients in starting new businesses, the purchase or sale of an existing business, and corporate reorganizations. E.J. has also worked with numerous franchisees throughout the franchise process.
In addition, he has broad experience with tenancy issues, as well as residential and commercial real estate. He particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers. E.J. also assists clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates.
E.J. graduated from the University of Guelph in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2005 from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the bar in 2006.
As a long-time resident of Guelph; E.J. volunteers his time with the Board of Trustees of the Elliott Community. He is a frequent speaker on various business matters at the Guelph Business Enterprise Centre. E.J. is also a member of the Wellington Law Association. When not practising law, E.J. enjoys playing golf, tennis, running, and supporting his beloved Toronto Blue Jays.
