Biography
In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, Tanya Postma provides strategic and operational leadership across the firm’s Guelph, Elora, and Waterloo Region offices. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee, she helps implement the firm’s strategic priorities and drives operational excellence across all core functions.
With her CHRL designation and a strong background in business operations and human resources, Tanya leads the firm’s Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Administration, and Facilities teams. She oversees a group supporting a growing, multi-office workforce of more than 100 legal and administrative professionals, ensuring the firm’s people, systems, and processes effectively support client service and continued growth.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Tanya has played a key role in advancing organizational effectiveness and driving operational improvements, including major systems implementations, office expansions and relocations, and firm-wide efficiency and culture initiatives. She is known for building strong teams and fostering a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
Outside of the office, Tanya loves to travel and has given back to the community through volunteer work including over 20 years involvement with the Children’s Wish Foundation.
